Located on W. Washington Street close to Hancock Street, and opposite the former Central State Hospital for the Insane. The building was erected for the International Order of Odd Fellows in around 1898. They used the upstairs of the building at that time and the first floor was used as a motion picture theatre. Movies continued until around 1917, when the seats were removed and it became a garage.

The Odd Fellows moved out of the second floor in around 1940. Later this part of the building was converted into apartments. The first floor was last used as a small manufacturing unit making stuffed pillows.
