Update: Theater 1 was converted to a 4DX auditorium sometime in 2019, reducing the capacity from 290 to 156 and losing its Egypt murals in the process.

According to Fandango, all auditoriums here now have reserved seating. Capacities are as follows:

Very close to the University of Central Florida and Lockheed Martin. Draws a lot of college and young professional crowds.
