Operating prior to 1941, other sources indicate that the Iosco Theater closed just as the town’s current Lake Theatre opened in 1952.

The building was occupied by a bookstore from at least the 1970’s until the early-2000’s, when it moved across the street.

The building was demolished, and in 2011, the site is currently vacant.

1959 photo shows there was a restaurant called Pla-Mor Center before the bookstore moved in.

1965 listings show that Read-Mor Bookstore was here even then.
