This theatre, which opened around 1914, derived it’s name from it’s location, the intersection of Avon Place and Broadway. It was not successful and closed in the early-1920’s. A portion of the building remains today as part of the Triangle Cleaners.

According to the February 26, 1916 The Motion Picture World the property was being leased by a William Schwab.
