The Regent Theatre in Colac (Vic) opened as the Paramount in 1925 and screened as the Regent from 1931 until closure in 1979. Later purchased by the RSL, it was renovated to their requirements, but retains many original features. The terrazzo foyer floor remains, with its stylised logo, and the dress circle remains almost unaltered. - Photo & NOTES courtesy of CATHS.
