This opened as the Plitt 1-2-3 on December 19th, 1980 and renamed Magnolia Mall Cinemas on July 6th, 1990 after Carmike took it over. Closed 2002.

My grandparents and cousin lived in Dillon County , so I saw several movies at this theater. Some included : Independence Day Jumanji Dumb and dumber Rookie of the year Blue chips Apollo 13 Huck Finn

i would say no Bob,I think for the Most part AMC in those years were mainly in Larger Cities in the South,In fact,probably just Atlanta.Maybe Tampa.
