Open ~1945? can anyone verify the exact dates?

Could use an address or crossroads, more info and photos.

Even at it’s peak before WWII, Jet only had just over 440 residents.

Searching google maps, there are now only a few buildings still standing in the business district (400 block) on N. Main St. Any of them could have once housed a small cinema.
