Following is courtesy of roadsideoklahoma link;
"The Mission Theatre operated in Hooker for nearly 35 years and was opened by AD and Mary Brawner. Around 1927, the first talking movie was shown at the Mission Theatre, the movie was “The Virginian”. The theatre showed a variety of movies and live acts."
In April 1959 it was renamed Stardust Theatre by its new owner Joe B. Johnson & his wife.

Open at least from ~1927-~1955? Can anyone verify the exact dates?
Need an address.

Looking at google maps (street view) on Main and Broadway, any one of those commercial buildings could have housed a cinema.
Boxoffice, May 11, 1959: “Joe B. Johnston and wife of Hooker, newcomers to the theatre business, have purchased the Mission Theatre from A. D. Brawner, who retired after 50 years with the Rock Island railroad. The Johnstons have renamed the theatre the Stardust.”
