This State Theatre replaced an earlier State Theatre which was operating prior to 1941 until the mid-1940’s. The new State Theatre was opened in September 1947 and was open until at least 1957. The former State Theatre of Harrison, Ohio is currently home to the NewSong Vineyard Church.
