Blountstown Drive-In

The Blountstown Drive-In was Calhoun County’s only drive-in. It appeared on topographical maps as recently as 1984 and may have stood until at least 1992. Today, the lot is used to store tractor trailers and appears to be cleared, though some remnants may remain along the fringes of the property.

The drive-in stood along W. Central Avenue (Florida 20), directly south of the intersection with 23rd Street and the address given is approximate.

Cinema Treasure has a video on this drive in, including the felling of the screen. There is also a video of the remains of the Ponce De Leon Drive in on Cinema Treasures.

It was also AKA the Bailey Drive-In. Also added a better aerial view and theatre flyer.
