One thing you can say about theatre exhibitor and owner, Earl B. Mullins he built small drive-in theatres. The Rainbow Drive-In in Woodway, Virginia parked 125 cars. He ran two drive-ins in Virginia both small, the Rainbow Drive-In being the largest of the two he owned. By 1955 it had been enlarged to accommodate 200 cars.
