At the SW corner of Hwy 190 and 183 looked to have a drive-in. Much easier to see in historical shots on GE.

That weird shaped slab in the middle of the field was where the projection booth was. Lampasas is only 45 minutes from where I live, I’ll go and investigate sometime soon.

Opened as early as 1953. Its traces and booth are still attached in 1983, but I cannot confirm if it was still operating or not.
