Built around 1974 as a twin. The larger auditorium on the right was split on June 4, 1982. This theatre had the same design as the Tower Twin in Raleigh, NC. The theatre showed first run movies. It was located in the K-Mart Plaza, off of Hydraulic Road near the intersection of Highway 29 North.
It was operated by Cineplex Odeon, ABC Southeastern and from 1978 by Plitt Theatres. It was closed in late-1999.

The Terrace Triple was operated by Carmike Cinema in the mid-90s.
The structure still appears on Google Earth historical imagery up to and including 4/29/2007, but is no longer there on the next image dated 10/30/2008 and onward.
Prior to its acquisition by Plitt Southern Theatres in 1978, the Terrace Theatre I and II was operated by ABC Southeastern Theatres.
Opened by ABC theatres on September 20th, 1974 and held its official opening on October 13th, 1974.
