This is the last General Cinema location in the Atlanta area opening on November 13th, 1998. Grand opening ad in the photo section.

AMC has been successful in integrating competitive theater circuits into its family. In March 2002, AMC bought General Cinema Corporation.

The last new GCC property in Atlanta, taken over by AMC, who later closed the Galleria 8 that was nearby.
