Ok so going by the above comments this drive-in was located at GA 23 & GA-67, Emmaline GA 30442. The former site is now an empty lot but can be seen in 1970 and 1972 aerial photos but looked closed.

Chuck, I would conclude that the Moon-Light in Millen and the Moon-Light in Emmalane are the same drive-in. The towns are only about 4 miles apart, and having two drive-ins with the same name so close together is not likely.

It should also be mentioned that Emmalane is more of a point on a map than a real town, and it was not unusual for drive-ins to go under the name of a nearby populated town, rather than the town where they were physically located.

There was a drive-in about 3 miles south of Millen, in a town called Emmalane. This easily could have been one of the two Millen drive-ins.

The Film Daily Year Book of Motion Pictures, 1967

Drive-Ins

lists nothing for Millen, GA.

Fraid to ask, anyone know the address?
