Small theater in Sheridan, Oregon was part of a 4 theater chain with additional theaters in Willamina & Grand Ronde. A drive in was located between Sheridan and Willamina.
The Hi-Way Theater was opened by 1938 and operated off and on weekends through the late-1960’s before closing.

This theater was owned by McMinnville Amusement Company from 1955-1964.
Boxoffice, Oct. 29, 1955: “Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Wilson have leased the Hi-Way Theatre … from W. H. Hibbert. Ralph Watson has been manager … for the last three years.”
