Opened as a single screen on November 2, 1973 with Dean Jones in “Mr Superinvisible”. Extra screens were added in the 1980’s. The College Cinema is operated by Clark Cinemas, a South Alabama chain. Located on Plaza Drive, just inside the Boll Weevil Circle, the marquee has slots for four screens, but the website lists only three movies. Operated by Clark Cinema, it was closed in April 2017 when their Clark Cinema 10 was opened.
