The Waldorf Theatre was a neighbourhood cinema situated in Tsuen Wan in the New Territories of Hong Kong.
The theatre opened to business on 4th October, 1963, and showed selected films in the 1960’s, while first run films were shown in the 1970’s and 1980’s until its closure on 22nd October, 1986.

Its air-conditioned 1,700-seat auditorium with stalls and balcony and a stage was in the theatre section of a 11-storey residential building by the Castle Peak Road Tsuen Wan.

The theatre was equipped with Western Electric projectors.

From 16th April, 1964 through 19th April, 1964, lucky draws were held at the theatre to boost its box office, and the first prize was a gold medal, the second prize was a Parker 61 fountain pen and the third prize a radio.

On 24th March, 1970, the safe of the theatre was stolen by a burglar.
A fire broke out at the auditorium on 15th July, 1972, the theatre was seriously destroyed, and
had to undergo extensive renovation before business could be resumed.
On the night of 11th February, 1984, $9,600 Hong Kong Dollars were stolen from the office of the theatre by burglar.

Its last film on its final day on 21st October, 1986 was a Mandarin documentary.
The theatre has been demolished and a residential building was built on the site of the theatre.
