The old movie theater at Queenstown with its adjoining Queenstown Bowl is a sad reminder of Singapore’s economic stability in the 1980’s. Its charm is reminiscent of abandoned amusement park, and will be torn down soon when Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority executes its plan for newer, snazzier, modern flats for more modern Singaporeans.
