Opened by Canadian Theatres on March 31st, 1976 and later taken over by Canadian Odeon and closed by Cineplex Odeon on September 29th, 1996. Grand opening ads posted.

I was the Manager of the Pendale when it closed. Actually it was a very successful $1.25 theatre at that time. Theatre was actually located at 210 Glendale Ave. in south St. Catharines across from the Pen Centre, not downtown. The cinema was opened by Canadian Odeon. Anything further I can add let me know. I will try ti find an old pic as well to post
