The Main Theatre was opened in the late-1940’s. It replaced the earlier, and smaller New Main Theatre along the street.
The Main Theatre operated into the 1960’s.

I think I’ve got this figured out. The street view of this theater shows the Granite Theater, which is out on S. Main St., which is also Highway 321. The Main Theater is at 69 N. Main with the stagehouse still visible. The street view for this stretch of N. Main doesn’t pass the storefronts or I could confirm it.
