Photograph from 1930 showing auditorium interior of the new Super Plaza. The Compton organ can be seen in front of stage centre and the chamber grilles are fitted high up on abutted wedge shaped either side of the proscenium, the left side grille has a clock affixed onto it. The side walls are decorated with trees and landscapes which are a left over of the 1920’s. Above the ceiling appears to have oblong sections of diffused glass panels back lit?
