Southgate Cinema

The Southgate Cinema opened as a twin screen in 1995. The larger screen was later split down the middle to make a triple. Seating was listed at 396. The theatre was operated by Mann Theatres, MN.

The Southgate Cinema closed in 2008 and at this location there is now a Culver’s Restaurant.

The theater Was built as twin and the large screen was split to make a triple. I was “managed” by the Mpls Mann circuit for the Owner of the property. The Manger was a close relative of the owner
