The UA-iSQUARE IMAX Cinema is the second IMAX cinema in Hong Kong. The cinema entrance is on the 7th floor of iSQUARE in Tsimshashui on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong.
The auditorium is located on the 9th floor. The cinema opened to business on 17th December, 2009 with "Avatar" in IMAX 3D version.
The cinema has 448 seats when showing 2D version movies, while 380 seats are provided when 3D version movies are shown. The cinema is equipped with laser-aligned Digital Sound System.
The number of seats has to be reduced before its opening to conform with the safety requlations as required by various departments of the Hong Kong SAR Government. It was closed on 26th September 2019.
