Opened in November 2009, the largest auditorium has 500 stadium seats. Operated by CJ CGV, the aim is to provide customers with the ultimate premium cinema entertainment. While providing the largest screen in the world, measuring at 32 meters in width by 13 meters in height (listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for the world’s largest screen), the cinema also offers premium seating to give a pleasant viewing experience. The 3 S’s (screen sound and seats) are the main focus.
The cinema also boasts the world’s first commercial 4D movie auditorium which offers both 2D and 3D films with special effects, such as motion, water, scents etc. giving a 4D viewing experience.
Other amenities include Gold Class cinemas and Lounge, which is a First Class movie theatre that can accommodate parties and premiers for VIP viewers, both corporate and individual.
Adjoining the cinema complex is an Art Hall, used for live concerts, musicals and plays, and a Gastro Pub, which features live bands.

I recently watched a movie inside the Starium, which is one the theater inside the CGV Yeong-Deung-Po complex known for the world’s largest screen. The viewing experience was exceptional, except I felt that the auditorium was much too small for the size of the screen. Only the last two rows in the auditorium provide prime location for viewing.
