This cinema has a long history.
On December 14th, 1984, the Vero Beach Cinema 6 opened, and it was closed in 1993. On February 11th, 1994, Cobb Theatres added six extra screens to the back and relaunched the venue as the Galaxy 12. They later sold the property to Regal Cinemas. After everyone shifted to the brand-new AMC Indian River 24, it closed on January 13th, 2000. It was closed again in December 2002 when Alfred Venturini reopened it as the Galaxy Cinemas. On November 7th, 2003, it reopened as the Zota Galaxy 12 until closing once more in 2006. On May 9th, 2008, Cineworld gave it a fifth chance to reopen, and at of the time of this article, it is still operational as the Majestic 11.
