Located on central London’s main shopping thoroughfare, Oxford Street, at the corner of Harwood Place. The Casino de Paris cinema opened in this Victorian building on 18th September 1909. Its 175 seats were on a single raked floor. It was closed in 1912, and by 1916, a stationers shop was operating in the building. In recent years it had become a Wendy’s Burger Restaurant and by 1991, it has been a McDonalds Restaurant which continues today.
