Opened on December 26, 1996 as the Keystone Theatre Cafe 3 in a conversion of an Art Deco style former department store. It was closed as a movie theatre in 2001.
One of the bands I see frequently had a listing on their calendar page for this venue, which said it was a former 3-story movie theatre, converted recently for live concerts.

It was originally built as an Art Deco facade department store.
Port City Music Hall is not showing movies its now a Concert hall it has not shown movies for a long time
This opened as the Keystone Theatre Café 3 on December 26th, 1996 and closed in 2001. Grand opening ad posted.
