Royal Cinema

Located in the west London inner-city district of Kensington. The Kensington Picture Theatre opened by November 1909. By 1927 it had been re-named Royal Kinema. By 1939 it was the Royal Cinema. It was listed as (Closed) in 1943.

In 2008, a branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland(RBS) operated from the building. In July 2022 the building was gutted internally.

The composer Charles Williams composed a march to commemorate the opening of the cinema in 1910
