The Arcadia Theater opened March 11, 1921 when a Kimball organ size 3/15 was installed. The Arcadia Theater was operated by Warner Bros. Circuit Management in the 1940’s. It was closed on May 17, 1956 with Bill Haley in “Rock Around the Clock” & Neville Brand in “Fury at Gunsight Pass”. It was purchased by the Historical Society of Delaware and was demolished in 1965 to build their Delaware History Museum.
