NYozoner you got it right on the money and yes it is in North Augusta S.C. almost walking distance to the Hilltop Drive-in if you had good legs.lots of Hills.
Found the Cloverleaf, on Atomic Rd ½ mile south of US 1. The drive-in is on the west side of Atomic Rd.
Difficult to get an exact address, since there is no nearby intersection or an existing business to pull road numbers from.
Atomic Rd ½ mile south of US 1, North Augusta, SC 29842 is the best address I can provide at this time.

Just heard from Aiken County Theatre Historian,Bill Barkley,that when the Drive-in closed in the late 50’s.He said 1955, that the 35mm projectors were shipped to the MILLER theatre in AUGUSTA .They used them until a platter system was installed in The MILLER.
I guess since Augusta is a nice size city the Clover-Leaf was not in Augusta,Georgia,North Augusta,S.C. Its all Augusta pretty much here now anyways especially with THE MASTERS.

THE VALLEY DRIVE-IN THEATRE OPENED SOMETIME IN THE 50’S.IT TO WAS LOACTED IN AIKEN COUNTY WHICH IN LAND SIZE IS MOST LIKELY THE LARGEST IN SOUTH CAROLINA. BILL BARKLEY WOULD RUN MOVIES THERE BEFORE HE WAS TAKEN INTO A CLOSED UNION SHOP. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT THINK HE WOULD EVER GET HIS CARD. HE TOOK ME TO THE CLOVERLEAF LOT.
Boxoffice of November 10, 1951, said that the Cloverleaf Drive-In at Augusta had opened on October 30. It was operated by the Georgia Theatres Company.
The June 28, 1952, issue of Boxoffice ran an article about the seven drive-ins which had opened in Aiken County area since 1949. There was a small photo of the Cloverleaf’s screen tower, which featured a giant four-leaf clover with “CLOVER” emblazoned across the top two leaves and “LEAF” on the bottom two.
The article also gave the names, locations, and opening years of the other six drive-ins. They were the Aiken Drive-In at Aiken, 1949; The Friendly Drive-In at Aiken and the Valley Drive-In at Gloversville, S.C., in 1950; The Hilltop Drive-In at North Augusta, S.C., in 1951; The Skyline Drive-In at New Ellington and the Fox Drive-In at Augusta, 1952.
