The Cinema Cameo Ariel is in the town centre of Metz. It has 4 auditoriums, which have Dolby Digital sound, and shows arthouse films in their original language versions. The building is historic, but the movie theatre is new. It was closed in 2018.

Forgive me for going slightly off topic on this occasion, the great thing about France is that even smaller and medium sized cities can support an art house multiplex…the down side is the gradual infiltration of Subway sandwiches
