The Mission Theatre opened in 1922 with seating listed at 375. One of eight theatres located in the downtown area of El Dorado. The Mission Theatre had gone from listings by 1941.
The building is still standing and used for retail. It was located on E. Main Street at Washington Street, two blocks from the original Rialto Theatre. Information for this theatre was obtained from the Arkansas Historical
