In the above description it states that the theatre was twinned in 1984. The above poster alleges it was twinned in 1981. With no proof provided as to either data- whom to belief.
Another reason why citing sources is important when posting up information like that.

Pictures posted. I think it closed in 1999 just before the SilverCity opened.
Emmanuel Briffa was the decorator of the Capitol Theatre. The architect was Jay English. It is on this list of his works simply as: “FORT WILLIAM, ONT., theatre for Famous Players Co., Brodie Street, 1941.”

Apprantly the dinner theatre is defunct. According to this document, the owner is willing to donate it for use a performing arts centre:
