The Terrytime Drive-In opened on April 25, 1950 with Dick Powell in “Mrs Mike”. It had a car capacity for 416. It was still open in 1960.
The roadsideoklahoma web pages say it best with a historical outline and recent photos of the former Terrytime Drive-In.
Notes: "This theater was completely demolished in the mid-2000’s. By the looks of it, I just missed it - or at least what was left of it. The new inhabitant of the site appears to be a bank. As of my visit, the only remains of the theater was a lightpole. This has likely been removed since."

Above address is incorrect. Approx. address for this drive-in was 3401 Oklahoma Avenue. Now Stock Exchange Bank.
Some ramps on the side & out back are still there!
Tornado went through there a couple of years ago. If it had still been there it would have destroyed.
The June 10, 1950 issue of BoxOffice included the Terrytime, “owned by D. V. and Ben Terry”, in its list of newly built drive-ins that opened in May 1950.
Why the name Terrytime?
Brothers Ben and Vance Terry (for which the theater was named) were still running the place as of a note in the April 4, 1960 issue of Boxoffice.
All traces of the ramps have been removed. There are no remains of the drive-in.
Opened with Dick Powell in “Mrs. Mike” (unknown if extras added).
