In 1952, Evert R. Cummings, owner of the Ridge Theater, built the 500-car Crest Drive-In. It last appeared in The Motion Picture Almanac in 1988 when Leisure Recreation managed it. Today Ridgecrest Self Storage occupies the site.

Thanks Ron.
The Crest, or its remains, were still visible in the 1994 photo at Historic Aerials. In the 2005 photo, foliage has begun moving into the viewing area, and in the 2009 photo, the storage units were in place.
A more accurate address is 1601 N. Inyo, Ridgecrest, CA. There is a South Inyo which is throwing off the location on Google.
Today, some ramps, foundation of the concession stand/projector booth, and the screen base are still present.
