The Queen’s Cinema was a shop conversion and it opened on 17th September 1910. Seating was provided for 104, and there was standing room for 26 people. It was still opened in 1914, but had closed by 1917, a casualty of World War I conditions.

In 2009, the building survived as a vacant shop unit. By 2021 it was a pharmacy.
