It is no longer there the whole shopping center has been demolished to make way for a bank.
Here is a link to some photos of this theater.

Here is a link to the actual location. It is roughly the intersection of Pershing, Converse, and 19th Street. Street view gives a good view of the 1970s architecture (note the shingles on the lobby).

My grandparents lived withing walking distance so I was able to be at the first showing of “Raiders of the Lost Ark” at this theater in 1981!
This was built as a twin. The third screen was added at some point during the early 1980s (some time between the Paramount fire and the then-6 screen multiplex at Frontier Mall. A good family friend was the roofing contractor on the new screen.
I hope this helps. I am loving the look and functionality of the redesigned site!
This theater located in the Cole Square Shopping Center on east Pershing Blvd. was first owned by Commonwealth, which was bought out by United Artists. Later on this location along with the theater at the Frontier Mall were sold to Carmike, the current owner. Unlike the Carmike owned theaters in both Casper and Rock Springs the Cheyenne locations survived the chopping block when the company was in chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier in this decade.
According to this article, this theater is now closed after thirty-five years of operation:
