Located in Falmouth, Kentucky at the SW corner of Chapel Street and Fourth Street. The building originally housed the Falmouth Baptist Church. The Falmouth Theater was opened around 1920 and closed in late-1948.

Lost Memory, I believe that is a different Falmouth Theater to the Chapel Street & 4th Street theatre here. It is also listed in 1941 & 1943 with 250 seats (no address given), and in 1950 with 315 seats on Main Street.
