A 1985 aerial view shows the drive-in, but it appears to be closed. There’s a line indicating where the screen is, meaning that the screen is still standing. It was already wiped by the early-1990s.

According to the Encyclopedia of Northern Kentucky, the Riverview opened September 5, 1948.

Originally It Was Called Riverview Auto When It First Opened.

The address of this drive in was 7 Mary Ingles Hwy. I worked there as projectionists from 1973 to 1978. It was not automated It had carbon arc lamps and 2000 ft. magazines It had Brenkert BX80 projectors, RCA MI-9030 sound heads, and Ashcraft lamps. This drive holds many fond memories for me I have pictures and some home movies I took there. I worked at other drive ins and theatres in the Cincinnati area and filled in at many others. I could maybe write a book.
