Once operated by Theater Operators Inc. before it was taken over by Essaness Theaters on May 13, 1988. Essaness later renamed their chain Excellence Theatres that same year. Carmike took it over in 1991.
Opened on October 17, 1975 and closed in February 1999.

This former Carmike cinema did not turn into a casino. Scheels Sporting goods took up its spot after it closed in 1998, before themselves moving out in 2014. It should also be noted that this theater started as the Rimrock 3, changed to 4 during construction, and later to 5. And was also located inside Rimrock Mall along with World West Theater outside but still on mall property (which was only recently torn down after being closed for decades and turned into a Krispy Kreme).
Boxoffice of August 27, 1979, has an item about the opening of a new twin theater of 900+ seats called the World West in the Rimrock Mall. It, too, was to be a Theatre Operators house. I don’t see it listed at Cinema Treasures.
