Former Ticket Booth Trianon Twin Central Shopping Plaza

Opened in 1975 with a combination of Spanish language and subtitled action double features, this retail space conversion eventually went first run playing mostly drive-in caliber exploitation product always with a supporting subrun feature.

It closed in 1986.

AlAlvarez, The Trianón was never much. A Jefferson store had occupied that inner corner back in 1965 – 1969, when the anchor store at the end was Master’s, there was a Western Auto there, J.G. McCrory’s or G.C. Murphy’s and Neisner five-and-tens.

dannyboy, although the shopping center in these photos is identified as being in Pinecrest, the Central Shopping Plaza looked very similar with a Zayre store and garage.

Alalverez. thanks for your help but thers nothing on that shopping center i remember it as far as 1995 but it has not changed much but thanks

I owned this theatre along with others in Miami Hialeah North Miami Beach. In 1986 videos and cable tv caused the demise of this theatre.
