Located at the rear of the the former promenade station, the Apollo 4 opened on 5th April 1996. Seating capacities in the screens are 200, 200, 100 and 100.

The cinemas were given a 200,000 Pound refurbishment in 2007. It was taken over by the Reel Cinemas chain in January 2013.
