The Metropole Theatre was situated in San Po Kong near an amusement park on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong.
It opened to business on 31st January, 1965 with a second-run Mandarin films, and showed Chinese-dialect and English films until its closure on 1st November, 1982.
The theatre building has been demolished.
