The Al-Hambra Cinema is located in East Jerusalem and opened in 1952. It closed in 1989 (when all cinemas in Palestine were closed) and has stood derelict for many years.
There were plans proposed to turn the building into a commercial centre, but apparently it could also be restored and re-opened as a cinema, depending on the politial situation.
