This was a single screen theater with small 100-seat balcony that opened in 1964. It was part of the Nutmeg Circuit which merged with Carroll’s Cinemas of Syracuse, NY to form CinemaNational. In 1987, USA Cinemas bought CinemaNational and in 1988, Loews bought USA.

After closing circa 1993, the Wilton Cinema is now a TJ Maxx clothing store.

Opened by the Nutmeg Theatre Circuit on July 24, 1964 with “The Unsinkable Molly Brown”. USA Cinemas took over the theater in 1986 followed by Loews in 1989. Loews closed the theater in 1995.
