This theatre is located in a beautiful area with many clothing shops and restaurants surrounding it! We recently saw Monsters vs. Aliens 3D and had an excellent experience. The lines were a little long; however, the workers moved them along at a speedy pace and were very polite. The theatre was clean and the movie had a wonderful presentation. We also enjoyed the fact that they had ICEE’s and rocking seats! We are from Mesquite and we will be definately coming back soon!!!
This is possibly the worst managed Cinemark or movie theatre I have ever attended. The manager is so unprofessional and unkind. He is not qualifed to take tickets much less manage a theatre. The theatre is located in such a new and lovely part of Rockwall. It is unfortunate that the theatre cannot hire the same kind of class that surrounds the new Cinemark.I will be seeing my movies at Firewheel until management changes which should be soon if Rockwall Cinemark wants to keep customers happy!!
