This was an adult theatre which opened on June 26, 1970. It was closed sometime after 1977.

If this theater was just south of Santa Monica Boulevard, it seems like I posted some photos of it last summer under another name. The building is now a supermarket. If this seems familiar to anyone, let me know.

Thanks. I’m pretty sure that there is a theater already listed on CT that is at this approximate address. It showed adult films in the seventies. I just can’t put my finger on which theater it is.

This opened as the Film Festival theatre on June 26th, 1970 and closed after 1977. Grand opening ad posted.
