The venue opened on July 6, 1956 with “Bounty Hunter” and “Rear Window". It celebrated its 50th birthday in 2016 closing at the end of that season - albeit with a respite in there.
The theatre was sold after all attempts to re-open it failed. On October 21, 2016 the screen tower and fence were bulldozed down. R.I.P. Twin Hills.
Status should be closed. Facebook page indicates that they are trying to raise money for a projector or may even sell the theatre. Phone goes unanswered.
