Listed in the 1923 City Directory only. I bicycled by it today and it was all neighborhood on a narrow street and there it was. It’s now a New Light Missionary Baptist Church made of brick.

The original canopy with two light bulbs hangs over the entrance with I believe, two original lightbulbs that still work. There are two small windows on either side of the top and it’s a long building with a small staircase leading upstairs.

Correction. It was last listed in the 1933 directory. I mean, no sense in building a brick building made to last and having it open only one year in a neighborhood. Geez. Hehe.

The staircase is in the back.

This theatre was mentioned in the July 3, 1937 issue of Box Office magazine as running an occasional Hungarian film at that time.
